Permit for Shepherd's Run solar project in Copake gets denied

The Office of Renewable Energy Siting and Electric Transmission (ORES) has denied a permit application to build a 42-megawatt solar farm in Copake. According to ORES, the applicant, Hecate Energy, did not comply with environmental considerations.
