The CBP Miami and Tampa Field Office announced just how much coffee comes through Florida ports and gets inspected.
Since January 1, 2026, the Miami and Tampa Field Office has processed approximately $378.8 million worth of imported coffee, totaling more than 63.3 million kilograms, coming through Florida, the agency announced this month.
Behind every shipment is Customs and Border Protection’s trade mission: facilitating legitimate commerce while inspecting cargo to help ensure imported goods comply with U.S. laws and regulations.
“Next time you enjoy your morning cup, remember: CBP is part of the journey from shipment to your coffee cup,” CBP Miami and Tampa Field Office posted.
